Food is essential for life and we simply can't stop eating! However, making healthier choices and eating the right amount of food to match our energy needs can often feel like an incredibly difficult challenge.
It is important to keep in mind that food has a psychoactive quality - it changes how we feel mentally and emotionally. Also, we have emotional connections and a relationship to food. We socialise around food and it can have a deeper meaning to us too. Finally, the physical act of eating, can be used to stop emotions "rising" up.
I firmly believe that when we change our relationship to food and get a deeper and experiential understanding of the role that food plays in our life, we can change - and hypnotherapy for weight loss and emotional eating can support you in that journey.
