Sleep is so important for all aspects of our physical and mental health and if we are struggling to get a good night's sleep it can compound any other challenges that we may be facing in life.


Hypnotherapy and working together can certainly help to improve the experience of insomnia and help you to get more restful and consistent sleep.


There are a number of tools and protocols that I teach my clients in order to help them understand the body's natural "blueprint" for sleep.

Also, it can sometimes feel like that our body is working against us, that we want so desperately to get to sleep but we can't seem to switch off. However, it is the other-way-round, our body knows how to sleep and it is our mind that is keeping us awake.


Learning self-hypnosis can help to calm to mind and access the mind and body's blueprint for sleep.


However, I believe that the real route and way in which hypnotherapy can help is to look at and change the things that are keeping you awake at night. Most commonly people struggle with intrusive thoughts, anxiety and worry which fires-up the brain and body's defence mechanisms. This puts the mind and body in a state of high alert which can make it very difficult to get any sleep at all.
