My journey into becoming a hypnotherapist started as a result of needing to find ways to manage my own anxiety.
This experience, of living with anxiety, dramatically effected my sleep and this made a bad situation very-much-worse.
Sleep is absolutely vital for all aspects of our mental and physical health and well-being.
I encourage anyone that is starting a therapy journey to look at ways in which they can improve their sleep as it's role in emotional & hormonal regulation and mental cognition cannot be overstated.
